I saw the Marvel ones months ago and bought a couple just to see what was inside. For how small they are they actually look pretty good (sculpt and paint). I'll be looking for all the DC ones.

I'm only missing 4 of the marvel ones, black suit spidey, the spidey in the same pose, iron man and red hulk. Rulk was the other rare figure. I haven't picked up the DC heroics yet. Edit: Some fun with these guys

I bought 10 of the DC ones with my kids today and I wrote down what each color had as we opened them: 3 yellows: all 3 were the Joker 2 reds: both were Batman [jumping pose] 2 blue: both were Batman [standing] 2 purple: both were Superman, one regular, and one justice lords 1 white: Martian Manhunter If anyone else buys some, please post the breakdown, I'm curious.

While I didn't keep track of who came out of what color, I have bought at least two of each color and I still don't have Martian Manhunter, the upward punch Superman or either of the chases (though I did screw up and grab a Marvel capsule by mistake in one purchase).

Okay... I managed to note what color orb had what figure from my latest purchase...
red- leaping Batman green- Green Lantern white- Flash (regular) purple- Superman (left arm up)
...from my previous purchases (which I didn't note as I opened) I have the following orbs...
3- red 2- blue 2- yellow 2- white 2- green 1- purple
...and the following minis...
1- Superman (left arm up) 1- Batman (standing) 2- Joker 3- Batman (leaping) 2- Flash (regular) 2- Green Lantern 1- Wolverine (because I'm too stupid to check and make sure that I'm buying the proper brand when I get these things...)

Got six more and I'm happy to say that I've got all of the regular figures now. Here are the contents of each capsule I got on this round...
Red - Batman (leaping) White - Martian Manhunter Blue - Batman (standing) Yellow - Joker Green - Green Lantern Purple - Superman (right arm raised)
Anybody know how "rare" the rare ones actually are?...

I love these! I just wish they were in gum ball machines instead of a gravity feed.

x, you nailed it, wish I would've paid attention to the colors from the start and I could've saved a little money... I went and got six more last week knowing that I just need the two "chase" figures I grabbed three white ones and three purple. With the whites I got 1 Flash and 2 MM, the purple got 2 right arm up Superman and 1 left arm up Superman. Picked up one more of each yesterday and got 1 MM and 1 right arm up Superman. Definately sorted by color:
Green - Green Lantern Yellow - Joker Blue - standing Batman Red - leaping Batman White - Flash, MM or Reverse Flash Purple - right arm up Superman, left arm up Superman or Justice Lords Superman
Okay the Reverse Flash one is speculative, but basing that on x getting a JL Superman in a purple orb.
Hopefully very few more of the white and purple and I'll be done with batch one...

A friend of mine picked up two each of white and purple for me: two more J'onns and one of each regular Superman... stewbacca wrote: THere are now Avengers ones of these as well-- smaller dump box-- (saw at the registers at TRU-- includes the norms-- plus Widow and Hawkeye as well..) Are these orbs the same colors as the previous sets?... Just six pieces or did they show chases as well?...

Pretty sure they were the same colors-although I think they had different labels. - there were some "chases"-- I think one was loki and another was a different pose

Don't know if anyone is still interested in these things, but the Walmart reset brought four gravity feeds to the aisle. One is generic soldiers in a box/bunker container with a figure and a small accessory or two in it, another is for Power Rangers and the last two are series 2 of both DC and Marvel. Haven't picked any up yet and I haven't looked very closely at the feeds, but I know the DC set has Robin (Tim, I think), Aquaman, Hawkman, Captain Marvel, Darkseid, Bizarro, Sinestro, Luthor, another Joker and Batman and at least one chase. They've got a website now -- http://www.zerboz.com/index.html -- but the latest thing listed is the Avengers set. It mentions a Spider-Man playset, Avengers 3-pack and Dark Knight Rises on the Coming Soon page, anybody seen any of it?...
