Thanks for the link.
That Croc is more Lizard to me. And the head sculpt (specifically the jaw line) is just awful ...
but again ... this line is in my son's hands.

So what does this mean for the Fisher price line? Will that be discontinued?
Also will this line include other superheroes or just Batman characters?
My kids will like but it will be a must for me. Maybe when they go on clearance at Target after Christmas.

I'll be watching this with interest. Like others, I think some of the characters might fit in well with other lines, particularly if it continues long enough.

I would get a Batman and Batmobile, maybe Robin and a few of the villians, like Joker. I like that Killer Croc too. Not sure I would get the whole line.
One thing I don't like is the oversized hands and feet, they just look odd.

Now that I've seen the Croc pictures, I'll probably pass. That armor is a deal-breaker for me. Again, if they produce some useful figures that aren't Bat-variants or sporting wonky armor, I'll reconsider.

Is this just filler until 'Beware The Batman' figures come out in support of the new CGI animated TV series?

I know that Batman has survived many interpretations and none of them are wrong. However, this looks like one of the worst to me! Batman with a giant sword? Two-Face detonating volcanoes? Everything about this is a few steps removed from everything we collectively think of as Batman, aside from the surface looks of the characters. Everything I have seen about this shows that Mattel's boys group wants a Master of the Universe-type property with the proven staying power of Batman. They don't seem to actually want Batman, as the toy designs and card back artwork shows almost nothing relatable to the character of Batman.
I know that this line isn't aimed at me. There's no reason that I should be enticed by it anyway. However, I grew up with Batman: the Animated Series; an all-ages, intelligent interpretation of Batman that spawned its own "evergreen" line of toys that lasted a decade. That high standard is what I compare this line to, and what I'm seeing out of the gate is artwork that's out of character with Batman, and figure design that is no different from what I could have seen twenty years ago. Had either of those elements been stronger, I would probably have a different opinion of this. As it stands, this line seems like a wasted opportunity.
