Young Justice 4 and 6 inch lines CANCELLED!

I only collect the 6in lines, so my wife will be happy that this year should see me spending a lot less.

At the moment it looks like my purchases for this year will be:

DCIE subscription figures (plus new sub, if it goes ahead)
DCUC 21/DCAS 1
YJ Kid Flash/Batman/Guardian (if released)
DCUC/YJ SDCC exclusive

At least it means it will be easier to justify buying the Horsemens' Raven and Vampire Queen sets.

The worst part for me is no Miss Martian. Cancelled before getting a team of only six characters really is a punch in the groin.

Good point. I have to wonder if some of this is due in part to the insane price increases, justified or not. To the casual buyer, there is no such justification.

Superboy Prime

Mattycollector will have the 6" DC Club Infinite Earths figures and some of the Young Justice figures that won't make it to retail.

I got the new YJ GL and red and green robin for less then $4 each from one of those sellers, i normally do not support that kind of buying, but im thinking i will never see these

A six inch figure in a box with minimal new parts. I was really excited about a 6" YJ Robin, but it looks nothing like the character from the show. Parts were not re-used wisely in this line. If you get a high profile character like Robin wrong, you're in trouble.

I really believe though that they have really jumped the gun at cancelling the line at retail so quickly though.

DCD doesnt do mass retail lines, a few of their figures get sold at TRU thats it

I think he's talking specialty shops, that's still considered retail by the tiniest of definition even though it's specialty retail.

thats true, but as a former hardcore DCD buyer, I wouldnt put too much faith in them to do any better lol

Retail cancelled the line, not the other way around.

When you say Retail canceled this line, do you mean all retail outlets at once said "No" to Young Justice?
