I don't remember a DC Super Heroes 6" Firefly. Do you have a picture? Quote: There was a Bruce Wayne in a suit from "The Batman" shown at SDCC or WWC one year. Remember thinking it odd that one hand was in his pocket and how the articulation was planned to work or what sort of action feature he had.
The light blue DCUC Bizarro from the cancelled Walmart 2-pack (unless that's the same color scheme from the DCUC vs MOTUC pack)
What about the Red Tornado vs Sy-Clone pack that artwork surfaced from?
If you're including "lost" accessories, there's the DCUC Batman Beyond wings, Wonder Woman's Spear, the Kandor that was re-purposed for JLU. I don't think any of that stuff was tooled. Did any of those light colored Bizaros leak out on to ebay or was he just on the back of the package? Quote: Brave and the Bold Faceless Hunter That's a good one Quote: What about the animated Legion of Super Heroes? Did we ever actually see prototypes of those or just packaging mock-ups? Quote: Does the DCUC Golden Age Hawkgirl from the Hawks 2-pack count? Scott mentioned this pack even though we never actually saw pictures. GA Hawkman came out as part of Wave 19 so it seems likely that this pack was already tooled despite getting dropped by retailers. Nope. That one doesn't count as it was never designed. It was only ever a name on a list and no production was ever put towards that set. Quote: DCUC Penguin accessory That one was never tooled. Great help everyone! Keep'em coming if you think of more!

Daniel, this brings up an issue... We can list all of these sculpts that have been shown (or evidence exists of production work of sometype) but we aren't necessarily going to know if tooling has been made if that's what you're actually asking for. Other items to consider, the brown Man-Bat Peter posted would just be a repaint of the one that was released. The light blue DCSH Bizarro would be nothing more than a repaint as well even if the only one that actually "exists" is the one photographed for the packaging (and that even depends on if it was a digital alteration or a physical painted sample). Missed it if anyone else mentioned it, but there are those 4 GL:TAS test shots out there: Hal Jordan, Kilowog, Zilius Zox and Atrocitus. It was only ever a name on a list and no production was ever put towards that set. I remember the Horsemen saying (in their forums, I believe) that the set had been sculpted and was sitting in the studio waiting for Mattel to decide what to do with them. Going to go look for that... EDIT: no luck at the Horsemen forums, but they've had issues with the software dropping posts over the years...

This Naked Cheetah? Yeah- I thought that one shipped in some cases for BBTS-- Was Corner Store Comics, that's where mine came from. I sort of question that one's inclusion because it did get released even if it was unintended and very limited. If the naked Cheetah is included then shouldn't the 10" JLU Justice Lords Batman and Hourman be included?... The 6" Batman line Bane, Scarecrow and Batman with Batsignal?...

Over on the Fwoosh, someone mentioned that Modern Hourman and Dr. Mid-Nite had been tooled but dropped and never shown. Don't know how accurate that is, though. I believe there was a third character mentioned, but I'll be darned if I can find the post.
