Anybody else getting weird renwal notices?...

I've gotten 5 since midnight (none of them specify which sub it's reminding me about) and I'm only doing four different subs (six subs total).

So far this is better than last month when (whithout any notice) they tried charging me (twice) for Atrocitus and Metron...

Gotta love that new and improved customer service we've been hearing about since 09. The renewal notice makes even less sense for me since I only have the Club IE subs. How can they be renewed before it even starts?

The sub isn't actually renewed. It is just letting you know that it's charging for your monthly figure. It'll send a notice for each individual figure. So if you have the MOTUC sub and the 30th sub, you'll get three notices this month. It renews each month. If you don't have a sub, you shouldn't be getting the notices.

That still doesn't make sense, because I have the DCIE and MOTUC subs. I got 5 notices.

There are 3 figures coming in May from MOTUC, are there two for DCIE? If so, that makes 5.

I don't know, I usually just ignore the notices. It's a little early though for May 15th.

I'm just offering my best guess, that's how it seems to be working on my end. But it doesn't surprise me if they're doing things wrong. LOL. Hope no one gets charged when they aren't supposed to.

It should only be Jay for the Club IE figures, unless Metron is going out with him. If that were the case though then I should have 4 emails, not 2.
