Nice haul, Rusty! The small figure in green that you mentioned is Jor-El from Mego's Pocket Super Heroes line.

They had like 2 bins full of 90s figures MOC, I couldve gone wild but they had some stuff way overpriced. They wanted some POTF2 figures for 6 bucks. Ive seen them cheaper. I was hoping for an Independence day micro playset, but Im happy with the 2 Id4 figures I did find.
