Hey guys,

I am new to the board, but I have been making custom figures for over 10 years now. I thought I would share a few of my recent customs with you all.

These are fantastic! I really love the Teen Titans.

I've seen a few of these already on your site and in past custom cons.

Wow great stuff Luke. I love this scale, and I hate that DC gave up on it so quickly. Especially love your Teen Titans. Can't wait to see more.

My latest customs:

I made this set because I found my old Crystar figure a few months ago, and got hit with a wave of nostalgia for all the toys I had when I was a kid. I thought the best way to capture that was to remake these as Minimates. I had no idea who these characters were when I was a kid, with the exception of Chuck Norris. I used him and Crystar as heroes. In my mind, Crystar was kind of like Iceman, except he could create walls of crystal instead of ice. The other characters here were used as villains. Most of them towered over my 5" Marvel figures, which made them much more ominous.

This set was created for CustomCon 31 (more pictures at this link). Did anyone here have any of these figures in the 80's?

A few new commissions:

Spawn

Spawn uses parts from the Spawn Kubrick. The cape was left as-is, while the belt and boots were trimmed and touched up. The gauntlets are from Vigo. The mask, chest, hip, and thighs are stickers.

The Wrecking Crew

Thunderball's hair is sculpted. Piledriver's is cut from Wolfsbane. Wrecker's crow bar is cut from a lego antenna. The rest is mostly stickers and paint.

Love your stuff. The Wrecking Crew is awesome and like Tex said, it is too bad that DCD got rid of the DC Mates. They are what got me involved in the line back in the day.

You are on your own level with these. That Spawn is great, and those Teen Titans are perfect.
