Have you been charged for Jar Garrick yet? When does that happen?

When they have him in stock and a few days before shipping.
Matty has announced a few different times already that Jay (and one of the MOTUC items, I forget which) are slightly delayed in shipping and they will process all orders for those items once the stock is ON HAND with the Sub holders getting the items allocated first.
Anyone who ordered Jay "day of" on the 15th will have their order held until all the sub orders are filled and then they will have their items shipped out.
Matty predicted it would be about 1-2 weeks delay so we should start seeing an announcement and charges sometime next week I would think.
patience young grasshopper. patience.

I haven't been charged yet, infact I can't even be sure they still have me down for the sub. I've emailed them to try and find out what's going on but they say I need to call them to verify my card details. I'm in the uk so no way I should have to phone them from here when they have my details already. I used that same card just a month ago to buy stuff from matty and that went through fine.
So I don't know what's going on and they can't seem to give me a straight answer.

I did ring them a couple of months ago to make sure they had the right card after the email to say we needed to call to make sure.
It wasn't fun. Aside from some real problems with accents (this was one of the few times I wished the call centre had been in India) and a terrible, terrible connection, they confirmed that the card I changed inline a week before was the card they had for the sub.
Basically, that long ramble means that if you've used your card successfully through the site then you should be fine.

I keep pretty current on toy boards and I was unaware of the delay until the day of sale. I think an email to subscribers informing us of the delay would have been an big help with minimal effort

Cool, thanks. My trust in their competence isn't very high so I just wanted to check.

Hey Elvis8, did you check your order history on the Matty page? That should show your subscription and anything else you ordered. OK, my turn. This is going to be around $30 with shipping right?

Yeah on my order history it said order in progress for the sub, but it was showing four unsubmitted orders for atrocitus. So I'm hoping it all works out.

The_Donster wrote: OK, my turn. This is going to be around $30 with shipping right? Depends on which shipping option you chose. It will be closer to about $25 shipped if you chose USPS /Newgistics (and depending on taxes). Shipping for Jay in the U.S. should be about $8.70 through USPS/Newgistics and about $13.15 through UPS Ground Standard. If you chose USPS, Jay will be $15 (subscriber rate) + $8.70 = $23.70 plus any taxes. If you chose UPS, Jay will be $15 (subscriber rate) + $13.15 = $28.15 plus any taxes

I went with UPS so my figures wouldn't tour the world before they arrived.

Still waiting for a charge as well.
Man, who would have thought it'd be almost a year between the sign up and the first figure?

Same here. But it's great to see the day of sales sold out. Good sign of things to come I hope.

Stellar way to start off. This is my first matty sub, might be the last if this keeps up. I've been keeping track of this as I realized that I needed to call them to change my card info. I also noticed these 'order unsubmitted' charges on my history: Quote: they've been trying to charge me for Atrocitus since 2/14? once on 2/14, once on 4/10 & 4/14, and then they tried to charge 23.70 today(5/15) for Atrocitus and Metron If I start having a bunch of random charges for figures that are a few months off and won't arrive shortly after I've paid, I'm going to be pissed. Not really building my confidence for ordering 2013, matty
