How...weird.
I had no idea these even existed until I saw a bunch of them at TRU today (everyone but Croc, natch. Great paying attention to your own history, there, Mattel).
It's been a long time since I "discovered" a toy line on the shelves that I had no idea was coming.
And while every part of my brain tells me I don't need new poorly-articulated Batman toys that are in scale with nothing else I own...I kinda dig 'em.

Saw these at a Meijer's yesterday. I won't get explicit with the description other to say my friend pointed out that the Joker that swings the mallet has a rather pronounced area of his anatomy that should please guapo...

Found these today. Sloppy paint-apps, strange scale, limited articulation, random styling. I just don't understand who Mattel is targeting with these. If they were 4" with kid-friendly styling for $7 each and plenty of vehicles a la Hasbro's pre-movie Spidey line, it would make some sense to me. If they were an excuse to make vehicles for DCUC, it would make some sense.
I predict these will sit on the pegs indefinitely. It's too bad--a dedicated bat-line could be awesome.

Scale - are these 5 inch? Robin might be worth picking up.
Predicted line up at the end:
Robin Nightwing Croc Joker Mr Freeze 25 versions of Batman
that's it.
They could user recycled molds from The Batman for Superman Green Lantern Firefly Flash

I found them at Walmart today too along with the Batmobile. I picked up Twin Blades Batman and Battle Gauntlet Batman as they are the normal Batman colors. I also picked up Robin and Killer Croc.

I would have got these but mattel has burned me way to many times, with their rule of showing us cool new upcoming figures then never releasing them!

Ice Blast Mr. Freeze is one of the four Artic Mission figures. Dual Destruction Two-Face is one of the four Lava Mission figures. Swamp Raider Killer Croc is one of the four Swamp Mission figures.
So far at least each Mission of four figures has two or three Batman figures in it.
I have Killer Croc, but did not see the others.
