Forum won't load on my iPhone?

I tested mine again this afternoon and it worked fine over 3G, although it had logged me out. We'll see if I get the error message again.

I got a note today about an app version of AFI when I tried to access it via my Samsung Captivate, and I thought the site had been hacked and was sending out a trojan thing. So those prompts are legit??

they are legit... but optional. It's just a work around we created for those having problems. If you aren't having any issues you can continue to access the site the old fashioned way.

Either that or a link would be great. I got the pop-up, but Google play crashed and I didn't get the option again when I returned to the site.

I have the data connectivity issue about half the time when I access the site through my android phone, on both my mobile network and wi-fi.

I've been using Forum Runner for AFI on my droids for awhile now and I really like it. In some ways it makes it easier to work through the threads I'm interested in.

Any progress on fixing this issue? It's pretty annoying not to be able to access the site on cellular data.

Have you tried forum runner? It's a good app.

Sorry, but I'm not paying for an app to view a website. This is the only site that won't work on my iPhone and the only one that won't work on Chrome. I've already got two browsers in use just to visit this place on my computer.

It's a free app. Or was on my stuff. I haven't enjoyed reading any forums on my phone without forum apps like forum runner.

It's 2 dollars on iOS.

You can get it for free, but why should it be necessary?

I mostly use my laptop and work computer to access the forums. I don't mind helping off fellow AFIers, so it'd be nice to use my Droid to see if somebody's looking for a particular figure I just found on a peg in front of me.

Other sites work just fine with the Droid, so why not AFI?

IMHO, you should try a forum app out and see what you think. I find it much easier to look at forums on my phone via forum apps compared to just using a browser. In some ways I prefer the layout of the phone apps to the actual web version. Give it a try my brothers!
