PJ, is your TARGET a Super-TARGET or different somehow than standard TARGETS?

I checked my two local TARGETS and these come up as "In Aisle = N/A" and "In Storeroom = NO" from the scanner using the number you provided (thx BTW).

I think these Hotwheels Bat-vechicles are limited to bigger TARGETS... as the average size ones don't have the shelf space (tags) for them.

I'm only guessing as I've never seen a Super-TARGET. Do they even exist?

I've seen super Targets a few years back visiting my mom out in CA. All 3 I'd say are regualr Targets. They do have some grocery there, but none are super Targets. The two stores that didn't have them out had all said "Aisle - N/A, Stockroom - Yes" but the Batcopters had already been cherry picked (either by an employee or they brought them out for other customers) The one store still had the batcopter in a case was just starting their reset and the case was open on a red cart with one vehicle missing. I'm guessing a Batcopter as there was only one left in the case.

Man I just scored 2 awesome 3 packs today at TRU! 1 had the Superfriends Batmobile, 66 batmobile all chromed out and the Comic Batmobile. The other was 89 Batwing, 89 Batboat and 89 Batmobile with bullet holes. These packs were $24.99 each and they are well worth it! Now if I can just get the Batblade from Batman and Robin, the Penguin Batmobile and the 66 Batgirl cycle I will be all set. Has anyone found pics of the 1940s Batmobile thats going to come out ?

I finally saw these at TRU yesterday. The two three packs I saw were:

1. Super Friends Batmobile, '66 Batmobile, Comic Batmobile
2. Batman: Dark Knight Tumbler, Camouflage Tumbler, Bat-Pod

I didn't see the '89 Set.

Are any of these different that what I already have on single cards? The Bat-Pod certainly seemed the same; they had a few of those on single-card for me to compare.

I have the Penguin's Duck vehicle and the Bat-Copter (coming). I just need the Batblade (I never saw that movie, so it's not a big deal and isn't the first I skipped) and '66 Batgirl Cycle, which I will also probably never get. I wonder what the 1940s Batmobile is too.

I found the 3 pks on tru.com here are the links:
Retro 3 pk http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=13060961
Tumbler 3 pk http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=13060962
1989 3 pk http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=12418954

They are $26.99 online.
This is what the upcoming 1980's and 1940's Batmobile will look like:

It would be great if Mattel would do the following in 1:50 scale

The New Batman Adventures Batmobile
Batman Beyond Batmobile
The Batman Batmobile (Early Years)
The Batman Batmobile (Later Years
Batman The Brave and the Bold Batmobile
Robin Redbird Cycle
Batman Forever Batboat
Batman Forever Batplane

The 1960’s Batgirl Cycle ONLY came in the exclusive 3 piece set with a 1966 Batmobile and Batcycle

Image

It has no kickstand so it has to stay mounted to the display it comes with.

BBTS listed a pre-order for Dark Knigth Return VEH...

http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=MAT14757&mode=retail

Is this the "bat-tank" in Frank Miller's graphic novel? Or a typo (meaning just a tumbler from Dark Knight Rises)?

anyone know?

The Bat Tank would be cool, but somehow I doubt that this is it. So far the ONLY two new ones I have seen pictures of are the 1966 Batcopter and the Batman Returns Penguin Duck vehicle.

That's series 4, which is out now. I just got the Duck vehicle the other day. This is series 6. Since I don't follow much news on anything Hot Wheels, so I didn't know if series 6 is old news or not.

It's not the Bat Tank it's the Tumbler again, Mattel reissued both the camo (Batman Begins) and black (Dark Knight) versions the only new one is the 1940's batmobile which is on ebay already http://www.ebay.com/itm/HOT-WHEELS-2012-BATMAN-CASE-B-40s-BATMAN-BATMOBILE-NEW-RARE-VHTF-/150840753965?pt=Diecast_Vehicles&hash=item231ecf3f2d
We are only getting 4 new 1:50 scales this year 66 Batcopter, 1989 Penguin Duck, 1940's, and 1980's Batmobiles. No other new vehicles listed yet. :?

The reply from BBTS...

"Unfortunately, the text is all that we were given by the manufacturer. It may be from the Graphic novel or possibly the upcoming animated feature (which should be the same design). I don't believe that it will be from the Dark Knight Rises, though."
