Thanks for the help. I wasn't able to get it sorted out until today (in the middle of moving). As it is the day after Atrocitus has been deemed "sold out", am I SOL on that one?
Well, I thought I had it all straightened out, but it seems they don't accept new cards on subs, even if the reason for the new card was that the old one was stolen and abused.
