Yeah I'd love them to do Impulse, but I'd want him on the small teen buck and an original costume Tim Drake Robin on the same buck.

They need more subs to give us the figures we want, but more subs aren't going to happen unless we get the figures we want.

I wouldn't re-up for just one. It would have to be many, but of course that's my opinion. I haven't been overly excited about what we have so far, but I've kind of gotten out of the collection thing in general.

Any one of these four would have me hooked (but preferably all of them):

Dawnstar
Vixen
Arisia
Huntress (Helena Bertinelli)

I want a Harbinger, but I wouldn't get the whole sub for her.

See, now this is something worth me re-upping for. Throw in her Furies and I'd probably be all. I also wouldn't mind a Helena Huntress too. My Question figure is pretty lonely without her



I think this is the big thing for me. If Matty wants us to buy the subs they need to make figures fans want and not figures they want. I don't think they did that in their fledgling year on the sub and hope they can hit it out of the park next year. Otherwise I won't be re-upping for the sub. Because between the issues with DR and some of the mediocre selections I've been kind of underwhelmed so far. I don't necessarily need another Doomsday(Maybe Year 3 of the sub?), but it would be nice to see one more in scale with what he should be. Between and him and Granny Goodness, they'd make a nice deluxe figure for the line. Bottom line, if Matty expects the line to be a success they need to start thinking outside the box a little. There is no need to cater to the retailers since this this is a collectors line.

I'm trying to think of what combo of characters would make me NOT want to re-up. I think my least favorite era/sub-group for DC is the 90's, and I still want a lot of those. (Fly's old thread from the dead: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=14507).

They could knock my socks off with Granny Goodness (and it would be a big surprise, since they've already said that they don't have the budget for a figure like her in 2013).

I just don't have the mind set to blindly sign up for a handful of characters I might not want. I'm too picky. I'm not trying to build the whole DCU, just my favorite parts of it. I also have too many characters from DC Direct in a similar scale and I display them all together.

But to be honest the only way I would sign up was if she was the bonus figure --- (the only reason I signed up for MOTU this year was Shadow Weaver)

I caved for year one on the hopes that we might get some figures Mattel said they wanted to put out for us (which thus far haven't happened). So right now it's a no go for me for next year.
