$90 is a lot, but it's a 13" tall action figure. He's HUGE! I saw an unpainted one in person. He'll make any of your other Darkseid figures run for cover.

What the hell? $90?
Is this supposed to be in scale with the 6 inch figures? He wasn't twice as tall as everybody else in the Justice League comic, was he?

I'm not sure what class this is aiming for. ThreeA toys have a similar price, but are hand-weathered and much more limited, and target the vinyl crowd. Hot Toys are more that $90 these days, but at least offer great articulation, accessories, and light-up features. At $90, I would think Darkseid would at least have that. $90! For just a big hunk of plastic. Count me out.

What is DC Collectibles basing their price on?
I can see paying $90 for a Mattel 10 inch "build a figure" if you had to buy 6 figures at $15 each to get the parts. But then you had a total of 7 figures when you were done.
DC Collectibles wants you to pay that price for just 1 figure "nearly statue"? They are crazy.

The gloves are crafted from the finest Corinthian Leather. (Yeah Right) Action Figure prices have taken a jump up lately and they say that they will go up again in 2013. I guess that market is trying to gauge how much people will be willing to spend on them. I shop for them On Clearance or if they are On Sale.

I'm not sure I'd pay $30 for that, much less $90.

I have no interest in that design so I'd have been out anyway. Now that I've seen the price ... I can sit back and enjoy a hearty laugh at all those that do buy it.

The price says no to me...
The design says no to me...
The scale says yes...
I will probably try and trade some Bronze for this from another local toy dealer. If I can't trade for it, I won't be owning it.

No interest in the character, had dozens of opportunities to get figures of him in the past. No need.
Now if they would make a few New Gods we still need in the 6 inch scale in a 6 inch scale, like High Father, I'd go for that - at a reasonable price.

We jumped from $18(ish) to $50 (Croc, which is almost understandably, plus Freeze, who is not worth $50), to $75 for Titan Joker (that's pushed beyond reason), to $90, which will officially kill interest in over half of DCC's customer base. Not much of a business plan.

I don't understand why this wasn't made to stay in scale with the New 52 Justice League figures. The figure only needed to be an inch or two taller than the Leaguers.
