The only JLU news I'm expecting is in finding out the correct release order for the final 3-packs online. At this point the only thing we could possibly ever hope for beyond that is the announcement of Volcana getting an online release too, but I'm not holding my breath on that one.

Heck, I'd be happy if they announced a 3.75-4 inch line where the odds and ends characters were compatible with JLU. Klarion. Mallah and the Brain. Brimstone. Etc. I don't need to buy Superman and the rest all over again.

Sad to think this will be the last SDCC JLU thread. All I'm looking for is the release order. Beyond that, it was a great run.

tex, maybe we could organize JLU customs wiki contests in SDCC, sponsored by Mattel... If Mattel pays me the trip to SDCC I'll have no problem being part of the panel of experts and giving the prices

I don't know why, but the last few days I've been thinking "They're totally going to reveal Granny and a sub, aren't they?"

LOL - at least our (my?) years of wishing for certain (Wonder Woman-related) characters are at an end.

Mental, it'd be nice but Mattel as an entity is done with JLU. They gave us the final packs in hopes that we would shut up and go away. As far as a subscription, you guys are still asleep. They can't even hit their imaginary numbers for DCUC / DCIE / DCWTH or whatever they're calling it now. As big of a supporter of this line as I am, I just don't see it happening. But by all means, you're more than welcome to hope.

I'm more than satisfied with what we got and if they DID continue we'd have to put up with even higher prices and the Matty website. It's not worth the hassle. Do I wish we got BTAS Robin, correct colors Two-Face, teenage Static, Gear, Zeta, Ro, Blight, Stalker, Inque, Shriek, Spellbinder, Curare, Felix Faust, Morgaine Le Fey and other characters from my JLU wish list? Of course. But it was getting to be too big of a chore finding these things and they never made the characters I really wanted until this last wave. After I get Future Static/Micron/Aquagirl, Mongul, Vandal Savage, and Toyman/Dr. Destiny/Firefly I'll be happy to call it a day. (The completist in me will pick up Blue Beetle and Guy Gardner too). ThunderCats ending is the bigger tragedy in my mind.

I agree, I'm quite happy with all that we've got, and can live without continuing the headaches JLU has caused me over the years. That said; Never say never where JLU is concerned. I would be 0% surprised if new figures are announced at SDCC.
