Saw some pics of the Cybertron/Generations waves and they look pretty good.
Still undecided about the Combaticons, but Shockwave, Rumble, and Quickkick are definately buys for me.
Am still hoping for the rest of the Dinobots to be updated a la Grimlock.

Quite a lot of news as it turns out.
PRIME Prime First Edition figures are coming back to TRU for everyone who missed the good versions of Optimus Prime and Bulkhead. And we got to see Voyager Ultra Magnus and Skyquake.
G1 The previously-Asian-exclusive Generations figures are also coming to TRU. All repaints and retools, but character wise there's a deluxe Springer, Swerve, and Wheelie, a voyager Hot Spot and G2 Megatron, some legend-and-scout-class figures, and a very odd Cliffjumper that's a G1 head stuck onto the First Edition Prime body. Also, Masterpiece Thundercracker, using the new MP Starscream mold, coming to TRU.
FALL OF CYBERTRON/ALIGNED Voyager Grimlock and Blaster! More former-cassette minions like Rewing, Eject, Sundor, Steeljaw, Ramhorn, and Ratbat. And retools of the Combaticon figures into the Wreckers: Impactor, Raodbuster, Whirl, Top Spin, and Twin Twist. They combine to form Ruination.
Pretty damn awesome.

I wasn't impressed with Bruticus, as I already have the Energon/FansProject toys filling that niche, but the Wreckers/Ruination have me excited. I may never combine them (or combine them once), but Impactor, Roadbuster, Whirl, Topspin, and Twin Twist? Dude, that's pretty sweet.
Skyquake and Ultra Magnus are also exciting. Anyone who missed out on FE Prime, Bulkhead, and Bumblebee should absolutely pick them up. I overpaid for mine, but I'm delighted that the superior versions will be widely available.
And *two* Masterpieces this year? Wowsers! My only question is when can I get them?
Since I already have the Masterpiece Grimlock, I don't feel compelled to pick up the FOC Voyager. It looks nice enough, but pales in comparison to the MP. Still, a nice compromise for folks who don't want to drop $70 on a toy.
The "Asia exclusive" toys are hit-or-miss. Hot Spot, Swerve, Powerdive (Ransack?) - stellar. Wheelie is ... odd. And the G2 Megatron just looks too skeletal. That mold makes a perfect Bludgeon, but since it's so specifically a robot skeleton samurai, it's tough to make anyone else work. Even Banzaitron was a real stretch.
Wow, what a great time to be a Transformers fan!
