Modern stuff has gotten so geared towards adult collectors that we'll soon be draping our displays much like our dads stashed their Playboys.

This had me dying this morning while drinking coffee... it's so sad but very true... a nice way to describe the reminder e-mails.

I signed up for the Jay Garrick Flash and Metron. I really wasn't all that interested in the other figures. The line up for '13 just doesn't get me excited. I saw the Elastic Girl and the Lead, Tin & Platinum MM figures in the SDCC photos, but when are they coming, 2014?

Sorry Glenn
Those are the 2012 sub figures, meaning they are the figures for the sub we are getting right now. You would have had to sign up after LAST YEAR's SDCC 2011.
They should all be available "day of" on Mattycollector.com as the new, lower production policy won't start until Jan apparently.
The 2013 figures are listed on the front page and that is the sub you would be signing up for if you went to do that now.

Yeah, and I got to say, after seeing the rest of 2012's figures, I have some real pangs of regret for not subscribing. All I NEED is the Metal Men and Doom Patrol so I took a gamble and lost. And there were more figures I like then not in 2012. Shucks. So, Day Of Sale , here I come.
2013 is different though. All the five figures shown I can live without.

Okay, I subscribed for 2012 and have received the Metron, Rocket Red, Starman and GA Flash. So am I on the list for the Elastic Girl and Metal Men? I'm confused!
