Yes.
You'll be getting the Metal Men figures and the Elasti-Girl figure, along with Black Mask, Poison Ivy, and Constantine.
If (I'd like to assume you have but I don't know for sure) you subscribe to 2013, you'll be in line for Blue Lantern Saint Walker, Phantom Stranger, Orange Lantern Larfleeze, Elongated Man, and Wally West Flash along with the exclusive Monsieur Mallah and the Brain pack.
Hope that clarifies things for you.
Enjoy the figures.

Enjoy the figures. And allegedly some female characters (more than one?) in the 2nd half of the sub if what Toyguru implied was true.

That thermometer ain't moving any higher. If there are no further extensions this year, I guess that's it for Club Infinite Earths, then?

Well here's a list I ran across sometime back on some toy on the net that had the DCUC figures list until wave 27, which if things had gone they way they thought would have been up until the end of 2013 begging of 14. Now if you look though the list many of the ones list got produced some how some way...other we have been shown now that have the prototypes have been done the figures may not get produced. So there are some strong possibilities....and while there are others too that probably didn't get on this proposed list I'm sure that they they had been reconsidered for slots because those first few waves listed isn't how it worked out.

The more I look at that list, the more I'm pissed at Warners/DC for "the New 52/DCnU." Everything could have been kept running so smoothly... Ugh!

That list is... is a DC's fan dream...There's figures on that list I could care less about but just enough that I would have wanted that I wouldn't have cared!

Like every other list that has ever been posted, I take it with a grain of salt.
That list might have been accurate as a roadmap for the line on a monday morning, gotten reviewed and revised by Tuesday afternoon, lost, and competely redone by the end of the week only to have been forgotten about at the next brainstorming session.
Im not saying that isn't indicitive of where they might have wanted to take the line had it continued on its (then current) path, but I doubt we would've seen the later waves looking anything like what is represented there.

I'm calling BS. There's absolutely no way that Metron w/ chair and Winged Victory would work as CnCs. Plus there's a lot of heavily tooled variants in there. Although all those CSA variants really make me hope that we can get modern Johnny Quick and Power Ring (and maybe throw you geezers a bone and finish the classic version too )

I'm looking at my Metron and the only way I could imagine this is one of two ways. Method A: Metron is broken down into BAF components and each segment also comes with a BAF part of the chair. Much like how Metamorpho came with attachments for most of his elemental parts. Method B: They did it like Green Lantern Movie Masters Parallax. Break the chair down into BAF parts and Metron is actually a figure in the assortment who also comes with a piece of his chair.

Way back in one of the Q&As someone asked about the possibility of a C&C horse (not just for Winged Victory but for Comet, as well) and the reply said that they had looked into it to see if it could be done and that it was possible.

So if the subscription program does not go through, could those who subscribed get something the same way those who signed up for the Ghostbusters sub did? Perhaps something that would pleeple off those that didn't subscribe?

If a quarter of the list is actually produced, it looks like I'm going to be subscribing for a long time...
