Thats how they advertise their shared (or lone) exclusives on the website-- so I guess that answers the question about it being exclusive.

Target has an endcap right now with Lego LOTR and Monster Hunters. I've seen multiples of the "Hard to Find" Orc Forge at several local Targets now.

Finally got all the LOTR sets (plus an extra wall piece to make Helm's Deep even bigger). At least until more come out! Hasbro and Mattel continue to twiddle their thumbs while Lego takes my money.

Helms Deep set was on clearance on my Wal Mart already for 100.00 (30.00 off) - I grabbed it-- anyone need it still.

Don't forget the wall piece set. It really makes a different (in fact, I added two of them).
Probably my favorite set of the line so far, although Moria comes close.

I saw the Uruk Hai Army sets on clearance at Target for $20. I didn't get any as I feel they'll go even lower though I may end up regretting not getting them.

Where do you get the extra wall piece? Is that the Urak Hai playset you mean?

Indeed.
I added two to the wall in front and then a 3rd one to the side wall to the right of the main gate. My Helm's Deep looks a lot more impressive now.

Good GRAVY the new sets look awesome. Pirate Ship Ambush looks great, but Battle at the Black Gate is a must have for me. But I didn't see a set I wouldn't buy.

I may pass on the pirate ship. I've never bought a Lego ship, and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to start now.
But the others are must buys.
