Welcome to the forums Sorry but it sure doesn't. May be worth less to a carded collector in fact. No one does packaging errors or paint errors anymore. I don't even know what ever started that misguided notion to begin with. Unless you want to open it I would take it back and get a non messed up version. Also, this would actually have been more appropriate in the DC Direct thread but your new so I'll cut you some slack.

I do beg to differ and that's where the rub is... it truly is an opinion thing.
I know there's a Doctor Who miscarded Magnus Greel and Mr. Sin which gets a lot of attention when one pops up on eBay. I get asked at shows once in a while about an upside Robin from the Toy Biz 1989-90 DC Heroes line.
It really all depends. In my mind they make a nice addendum to a collection and are worth a couple bucks more but I wouldn't break the bank trying to get one.

This conversation pops up ever few months.
As a quick rehash ...
In general, NO, they don't really carry any extra value. For the most part, it is a mistake, and seldom worth more than a quick "Hey, check this mistake out".
There are, however, collectors that like to add a package error or two to their collections just for the novelty of it. They are few and very far between though and the effort of finding the collector that is willing to pay a premium for the mispacked figure is often a greater expense than you will recuperate.
Take a pic, have a laugh, don't expect to get much if anything at all.
As always, there are exceptions, but I highly doubt a "Just-Us League" figure in general will ever be a premium item that has people clamoring to find.
Thanks for sharing the pics, I got my worth out of it.

Personally, I hate the idea of someone buying something just so they can turn around and sell it to make a quick buck. That's not what this website is about, it's about our love of these toys, right? But congrats on your find. Good luck trying to get rich on it.
