I don't normally plug companies, but in this case, I'm making an exception.

I know that there are some other RPGers out there and some of you might also be regular DM's like I am. The WOTC plastic mini's revolutionized my game by allowing me to amass 100's of different figures for relatively low cost. Metal is nice, but it's expensive. Plus I don't paint.

Well, Reaper's trying to get into the plastic mini business in large numbers so they'll doing one heck of a Kickstarter that's ending on Saturday. Right now, your $100 pledge can get you over 200 miniatures. That's unheard of in this economy. Granted, they're not painted, but they are still very nice sculpts.

Wow, that is an insane amount of minis available as a "thank you" for pledging.

Reaper has a very long history of producing high quality minis.
I miss gaming.

Back in my college days we had game nights more often than we went to class. Most of the gaming devolved over time and became simple paint and sculpt sessions.

This might be inspiration to get back in to the painting side of the hobby, at least as a nice passive time passer when I need to just relax.

This was an amazing Kickstarter. I believe they said third most successful of all time. I sent them a little over $250 and I can't wait for these. Such great painting potential.
