The only time I feel it is a moral issue if you had those Star Wars figures and came to me to ASK me about them and I purposely tell you they are nothing... NOW that is wrong. That I will not abide by. "The Dude abides." Sorry, I cant resist anytime a Big Lebowski quote can be used.

If it makes you feel better at all Fone, if the person who had their toys taken away and sold by their mother was a big JLU fan, then it stands to reason that they'll probably at some point end up here, if they aren't already! Then it'll start getting violent...

wow dont really get giving this guy a hard time for his great luck.
now if he came here saying how he told someone that figure was junk and he was being "nice" giving them $6, but even still its not like anyone is forced to sell anything.
I still good for the OP and we all should be so lucky with our toy finds.

All this griping could have been averted if Mattel just used their brains and re-released Volcana like we had been asking them to do forever and forever. Same with those 6-packs, too. But, no, they tried to force stuff nobody wanted (collectors, moms and kids) onto us instead.
Congrats on your super lucky find, though!

Thanks for all the support everybody. Fone Bone and I took it to PM (as I should have to begin with. sorry. ) and straightened everything out. So it's all cool. At least for my part. Wait, would that make me Apollo?

I just came here to post that I accidentally sold my Volcana at a yard sale in South Carolina.
Then I found this thread.

wow....my moral compass points North pretty much but I really couldn't care less what the circumstances are if it's for sale and I buy it I'm not feeling one ounce of guilt.
I figured Mattel would be blamed sooner or later in this thread rofl.......

Then I found this thread. You win the internet-- (and twice because you beat me to the comment) I would have added-- please mail it back to me ( I'll let you keep the wonder pig) - because we are all 100% honest to everyone when it comes to toy collecting..

Titan Speck, would you be able to send it back to me? I'll give back your $6.50 and you can keep the rest of the figures. Actually...I wouldn't mind having my Justice Lords back. Please send them back as well. Thanks so much!

But I'm afriad that since I use DR to handle my shipping, the s&h will be $95.00 for newgistics. $408.00 for UPS. Also if you choose the cheaper route, I can't replace it or refund if it's lost.

Sounds fair. I'll call DR customer service to set it up.

Mattel made it abundantly clear that "Modern" Martian Manhunter and "Shiny" Captain Atom were highly demanded figures by moms, kids, grandparents, uncles, godparents, aunts, redheaded step childs, housekeepers, nanas, mailmen, pets, maids, houseguests, pool boys, librarians, major league baseball, paperboys and fox news. Volcana on the other hand, well... she only had some support from us, Fanboy Collectors. And as we've been told a million times... Fanboy Collectors are loud "then" numerous. Peace!
