Now that we've got that Future JLU mess out the way (I like Static Shock but think those other two were a waste of spots) we can move onto the good stuff!

I'll be away from any sort of internet access when the Vandal Savage pack goes on sale. Just how popular do you all think it will be? I won't be around to buy one until probably the 22nd. My gut is telling me that it will sell through a day before I can get internet access.

Most of these last few packs seem to last about 3-4 days before finally selling out.
If you can't be there on the 17th (day of sale), I wouldn't get overly concerned. If you can't get to the site at all that entire week, see if you have a friend or family member that might be able to stop by the site for you.

I just got samples of the last three of the JLU 3 packs in last night. It's a very bittersweet feeling to hold them. The fact the line went on as long as it did. The fact that they were able to get Firefly and Dr. Destiny in at the last moment... and the fact that it's over now.
I see if I can work on a blog about it this weekend.

OUCH. While I'm glad to see you got samples, it really hammers home the finality Julius. At any rate, I'll definitely be getting Vandal day one. He's been one of my most requested figures from the start.

I think Future Superman is a waste of a slot. With precious few slots left, they use a new head sculpt on yet another Superman. Of course, the next man's mileage may vary. But I'd rather that headsculpt have gone to Chronos, Steppenwolf, another Legion of Doom member, or just about any new character that wasn't a variation of a character we already have. But I suppose it's crying over spilled milk. We're still getting Vandal Savage with the pack.
