Overall I've been very disapointed in this line, the only saving grace is that I have managed to save some money avoiding rehashed characters (Cap, Thor, IM) or underwhelming versions (Hawkeye, Hulk).

Black Widow: Top notch A+ Skrull Warrior: Pretty good B+ Movie Hawkeye: Decent B Ultimate Hawkeye: Decent B Ultimate Thor: Decent B Iron Man VII: Decent B Chitauri Chariot Deluxe: C- Chitauri Footsoldier: D+
The rest I never picked up, but I'd rate them C at best, and more likely D or F.
Not quite the coolness I was hoping for when I heard about the line 18 months ago. In terms of sheer quality, even Thor was better (although distribution of Thor was not as good past the first wave).
Once these go on clearance, I'll pick up more Skrulls, one Quinjet, and (maybe) another Chitauri Footsolder to flank the one I got (in trade, I stupidly got the first one based on the picture where HE CLEARLY HAS KNEES AND ELBOWS).
The Avengers line was a sad reflection of the superior Iron Man 2 line, and even more heartbreaking, a pale shadow of what it could have been.

Why would you say the Haweyes are about equal? I've never seen Ultimate Hawkeye in person, but I do really love the movie version. I wish they would've given us a comic inspired Hulk in the line, that would've been interesting to see what they would come up with. I wonder if a comic inspired Nick Fury would've been white. I'm excited for the new Fury figure, it does look good. The year isn't over yet, you think they might pull another wave out of it for Christmas?

I would rate Cap as good as the Hawkeyes and Thor as well. Fury isn't bad either. Masked Avenger, I think the movie Fury does double duty as the comic version since the Ult. Fury was based on Sammy.

I put the MU Commander Rogers head on the New costume body and it works great. That Cap figure is pretty great. Fury can do double duty, but I would love a classic Fury in suit, I hope that doesn't make me racist.

I don't think wanting to be able to complete a particular scene with particular costumes and/or skin colors makes anyone racist. We're long overdue on a classic Fury.

I don't like the movie costume as much as I like the Ultimate version (my favorite is the classic masked version a la the Secret Wars costume). YMMV. I haven't heard anything about more waves after Fury, Widow, et al. Have you? And we do have a Fury, if you count the sub exclusive from a few years back. I don't expect to see 616 anything soon, especially with the Marvel Movie Verse making more money than God.

Found a new Avengers display today at Wal-Mart. Stocked with plenty of each figure including Nick Fury. Picked him up, two gun accessories and a bazooka with action features. He's just ok. Limited articulation like the rest, but fits in ok with the rest of my Marvel Universe figs.

I saw all three of the new wave at TRU today. Fuh-gedda-boudit.
I'll maybe pick up another Chitauri the next time there's a sale, but barring any surprises, I'm done with the MCU till the next movie.

I swung by TRU on the way home and found a Chitauri warrior and movie Nick Fury on the pegs. Picked up Fury to put with my Ultimate Avengers. He looked pretty cool even though I prefer classic Fury over Sam Jackson Fury.

How's the new Fury compare to the one that came with the Iron Man 2 4-pack? I traded my Fury to Cal and kinda regret it.

They reused the Winter Soldier body from the Cap line but it fits. I didn't like the cloth coat for Fury in the IM2 4-pack. For me personally I like this Fury better.

Yeah, I got him last night along with another Widow.
Anybody out there still need Widow? If so, PM me or back she goes.

Was Cap in his Avengers suit short packed in this line? I've never seen one in a store.
