Nobody's. That's a Maquette by Cory Smith. It's much larger than an action figure, but a good template nontheless.

The first link looks like it has arm cuts at the shoulders. the second link there aren't any arm cuts. Are you sure it's the same figure

Somebody photoshopped the pic Kalibakvunderbarr provided. Those aren't actual arm & leg cuts.
I think he just meant that it was a good 3D representation to look at if you wanted to start your own Croc custom.

I was the one who photo manipulated the image years ago, so Mattel would make one.
In the original thread I made a proposal to Mattel about a JLU/TNBA 6-pack and showed how they might look as action figures.

Mattel responded by giving us a 3-pack of re-release of Nightwing/Batgirl/Penguin.

Well at least were getting firefly! And since scale doesn't really matter to me, ( within reason. ) I seem to be perfectly fine matching hasbros figures with mattels. So I focus more on the sculpts. Insect body mr freeze and rumble ready riddler are amazing and I can merge those in with the Gotham villains 4 pack ( which I loved ) except for clock king. But I turn to customs when a figure is made absolutely terribly.. i e TNBA poison ivy, or a figure that hasn't been made. I am choosing the shade buck for the joker from rotj because it seems to flow with the figure nicely if you know what I mean. I got a purple/blue paint for the areas that are different colors to show color contrast becaue of the light. I'll post pics when I'm finished.

Cory's maquettes are in the 12" scale, so his amazing Killer Croc is more than a foot tall. I think that's enough to make a difference when compared to the figures.

Cory hasn't been active on the scene for a few years. The last time I spoke to him, he was only selling fully finished and painted maquettes, not kits, thanks to some losers in Europe that copied his sculpts.

I agree with Casmir, Cory did one hell of a job capturing the likenesses for the series with these maquettes. Too bad he's not really around anymore.

Kalibak, you mentioned that you like the Gotham 4 pack besides Clock King. I agree Clock King needs his hat & cane. But Bane is the worst of the figures. They used a buck that is way too small. I'm glad Casmir made a Bane that is the size he should be.
