Where his costume overlaps onto his legs a bit, is that a softer plastic/rubber like on the new Black Mask figure? To where you can actually have some articulation? Or is he hindered like on the other "suit" figures?

Anyone? Is it a hard plastic at his waist or softer/rubber like on Black Mask's suit?

It's harder than Black Mask's coat, but there is some give. The leg will go fully to the side but there is some hindrance going forward.
