See, that's a different story.
New Armor vs. New Character? New Character.
I'd rather have Blizzard than the Space Armor.
But I'd rather have a comic canon Space Armor than a "fake" Hasbro armor.

Just off the top of my head: 1) Space Armor Mark I 2) Space Armor Mark II (Galactic Storm) 3) Mystic Armor (Doom vs. Iron Man mini-series) 4) Underwater Armor 5) Pantherbuster Armor (from the 90's Black Panther series/all Vibranium, baby!) Now, the Nose Armor can stay in the comics.

Instead of an underwater armor... I want an aquatic suit you can fit Iron Man into. Like in 218! The Silver Centurion armor is in that suit and he even has to jettison himself out of it when the aquatic armor becomes damaged.

That IS the Underwater armor. And it's a standard Iron Man underneath, not the Silver Centurion. In fact, I'm pretty sure the Silver Centurion was destroyed by then.

Shellhead wrote: That IS the Underwater armor. Well I didn't know if you knew the difference, the animated series in the 90s portrayed it differently and we all know some people only know what they see on screen. Shellhead wrote: And it's a standard Iron Man underneath, not the Silver Centurion. my bad about the armors within the aquatic one. The point is there is an Iron Man suit within that thing. So instead of having the external just be the figure I would like to see a figure inserted into a bigger figure Shellhead wrote: In fact, I'm pretty sure the Silver Centurion was destroyed by then. No he wasn't. Silver Centurion was destroyed at the end of Armor Wars. When the new red and yellow armor was made. As Iron Man 225 began Armor Wars And it ended in Iron Man 230 when Stark had to fake Iron Man's death because he killed Titanium Man or Crimson Dynamo in Russia. I want to say it was Titanium Man. I haven't read these since i pulled them off the 7-11 comic rack back in the day. The Iron Man 231 we have a new armor and an 'all-new bodyguard' underneath the armor as far as the press is concerned. What you're probably thinking of is by 216 (or sometime around then), Stark learns that the cloaking abilities of the Silver Centurion armor are messing with his nervous system and he has to remove that feature.

Come now, VS. You KNOW I'm a comic nerd. All other media come second with regards to Iron Man. But, yeah, I knew Armor Wars was somewhere around there. This was Iron Man's second Golden Age with the old crew back together again. And yeah, a removable IM inside the sea armor would be awesome, but I doubt we'll ever see it. And it was the Gremlin T-man that got killed, not the original. Speaking of Armor Wars, I wouldn't mind a Firepower figure, either. And the Raiders. Mauler . . . Stingray . . .

Judging by the lone picture they showed (and if they didn't photoshop it), about 8-9 inches.
Probably Red Rocket size, which would be about right.

Okay, sone news from bbts. Apparently the first wave is Iron Patriot, Heroic Age Iron Man (aka the armor he was wearing until the most recent (and totally unnecessary IMO) relaunch), and the horned helmet armor aka the first red and gold armor he ever wore. No word on Iron Monger parts which has me a bit concerned. All in all, not too terrible, although I fear the last one with be a cheap rehash, rather then comic accurate. So far I'm two for three.

Finally some good news, according to the Home page, anyway These look pretty good and they come with BAF parts! Although they did go the cheap route on retro Iron Man, the other two look great. More importantly, we get to scratch another armor and a major Iron Man baddie off the list.

Cool. From that photo you can actually tell that they did a nice job with the retro horn helmet. They actually got the mouth piece right. Doesn't make up for the crap they're peddling in the 3.75 format, though.
