WARNING: Slight Spoilers ahead if you haven't watched this morning episode!
So, it's been a while since I've posted... But I'm back now! First I'd like to say that I am severely disappointed with the next line that is coming out. I was really hoping we wouldn't be getting a ton of wacky costume turtles this time. I am happy however that we are getting a Snakeweed figure! I've almost gotten the entire line of current figures and have been impressed with everything except Dogpound so far. On another note, I have a complete set of the classics figures now and I think they are my new favorite Turtles.
As far as the show is concerned, I love it. My only problem is I wish Bradford and Xever had stayed human. I thought they were far cooler before they mutated and I just can't stand Dogpound's design. That said however, here is the spoiler, the show finally has a non-Turtle/Rat mutant that is cool, imo. If you watched todays, Leatherhead showed up and he was AWESOME.

I agree. If he's half as cool in action figure form as he was on screen, I'll be buying him as well.

I really felt that Leatherhead's design was a little to realistic coloring wise compared to the other characters. I liked the episode, but he just seemed off and didn't really fit in with the designs of the other characters. But i definitely want a figure of him.

I think I let that slide because of how refreshing it was to see a competent, bada** mutant. The clincher was when he goes to his subway car and put on a record. Something about that just made me think "Okay, this guy rules". All in all, you are right. Visually he barely fits in.

I really liked seeing Splinter kicking some butt as well.

Target has the figures priced at %6.99 this weekend. Now that my son decided that he wants them again (back and forth on this 5 times now since I originally bought and returned them ... ), I picked him up his 3 favorite characters: Raphael, Kraang, and Metalhead.

So I posted about my son's Fishface figures arm being frozen, and eventually breaking off. I lucked up and found another one Sunday night at Wal-Mart. When we got home and opened him, I checked the figure just to be safe. BOTH ARMS WERE FROZEN AND WOULD NOT MOVE!!! I used a few different tools and a lot of WD-40, but the arms would not move. I would advise anyone who purcahsed him to double check the figure before they are played with. Your kids may be very disappointed.

Target had them on sale for $6.99 but had none on the shelves. The manager gave out some rainchecks but that was it. The shelves at TRU, Target, and Wal-Mart were all empty as of yesterday. Target said they had no plans on restocking these anytime soon. I do not see any deluxe figures getting made. It would seem that all of the figures will be the same size, with others being a little more bulky. Dogpound, Baxter Stock, Snakeweed, & Leatherhead would all fall in the deluxe figure line if they made one.
