Hi guys,
I just noticed I haven't received an e-mail from Matty saying that my subs for the January 15th sale were renewing. Anybody else get theirs, or am I stressing for no reason? It's a little weird. Usually I get it a week or so before, and then the subs ship out a couple days before the sale...

In the past, the "renewal" emails start in February and continue for each month throughout the year (this is because once you are billed for January, each subsequent month is a renewal of the subscription that started in January). Its just the strange way that Matty/DR runs things. You will still get your payment/shipping email for your subscriptions for January, but the first "Your Subscriptions are Renewing" email won't be until February. Hope that clarifies things.

I got my shipping notice today so I could care less about the "renewal" email.

Got my shipping email as well.
Digital River must have charged my card using the wrong expiration date or something, because they charged it, canceled the charge, then charged again, which prompted my credit card company calling me to see if these were fraudulent charges. Got it all squared away.

Mine charged this morning, too. Proper items and prices listed but the grand total was waaaaaaaaay off (luckily they didn't actually charge that...). Shipping does seem to have increased considerably, though... If the shipping total is right it went up by a couple of dollars...

Got my shipping notices today, too. Since I ordered an extra DCUC sub after my initial order of a DCUC and Watchmen sub, they shipped separately. I'm hoping this is like it was last year, where they're combined from hereon out. The charges on the notices were super-weird, too. One says: Quote: Product SKU Product Name Qty Ordered Qty Shipped Total Qty Shipped Amount ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Y3156S Club Infinite 1 1 1 $25.18 Y3174S Club Watchmen 1 1 1 $32.66
Shipping: $11.05 Tax: $7.64 Total: $116.69 And the other says: Quote: Product SKU Product Name Qty Ordered Qty Shipped Total Qty Shipped Amount ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Y3156S Club Infinite 1 1 1 $29.85
Shipping: $9.90 Tax: $4.05 Total: $61.95 Those prices don't make any sense. The Club IE figures are $18, and the Black Freighter figures are $25, right?

I think that the totals are what we had authorized back in July/August and are including the price of the already-paid-for sub figures, too, even though we aren't getting those this month.

I still haven't gotten my "items shipped" email yet, I wonder if it's because I chose UPS shipping this year?

I thought that, too, Jim, but when I did the math it just didn't add up. My Club IE-only shipment looks right, but for the other, here's what it should look like:
Club IE Figure - $18 Watchmen Figure - $25 Shipping - $11.05 Tax - $7.64 Club IE Subscription Cost from July - $30 Total - $91.69
But I was actually charged $116.69, according to that notice - like I was charged for two Watchmen figures. But there's no charge for the Watchmen sub, unless they've decided to do a sub-exclusive figure and haven't told anyone yet.

Joe, I haven't done the math, yet, but mine would be $100 more than what I was charged which would be about the same as my invoice if added in... Then again, I'm so used to them sending the invoice for the previous month every time there's an issue that nothing really surprises me...

Here's how mine read: Club Eternia® $31.38 Club Infinite $23.84 Club Watchmen $31.40
Totaling $86.62 And that's what my card was charged in three separate increments.
However the rest of the email says: Shipping: $12.20 Tax: $10.82 Total: $146.02
Even adding these already included shipping and tax charges, the total would be 109.64, which is $36.38 off of 146.02
Even odder, if you took the standard prices on these figures: $27, $20 & $25 and added those tax and shipping charges, it comes to $95.02, $8.40 more than what my card was charged.
Right now, I'm fine because my card was charged the lowest of all these totals, but seriously this is a mess! This was supposed to be the year they got their sh!t together and it's even worse! No heads up email, inaccurate billing, the early access page is buggy and you still can't review your subscriptions. Just a load of incompetence.

i'm in the same boat. did the shipping change on it's own last year or did you have to request the change?

It was automatically combined after that first month. Who knows why they 'have' to do it separately for the first month.

Yeah, my total was incorrect on the e-mail, but correct charge pending on my card. From my experience I usually get a shipping notice on either Saturday or Monday? Once I do I'm putting Saint Walker in my trade list. This, sadly, was one of the one's I didn't give 2 cents for. Hurray for those who wanted him and the rest of the lantern leaders. So if anyone is interested that didn't subscribe lmk via pm.
