Saw three Supes and two Flashes at TRU tonight. No sign of Hawkman, which of course was the only one that might have interested me. If it was a new case, then it looks like ol' Hawky's a one per short pack.. TRU had them priced at $18.99. The package is pretty distinctive so they should pop right old at you on the pegs.

I also saw them yesterday at TRU. I think they were $17.99 at mine. And it was also just Superman and Flash. They were on one of those wire side caps not in the regular section.

Hawkman and flash are 15.99 on amazon right now. Sold and shipped by amazon. No superman or any of the batman unlimited figures though.
There were six hawkman figures left when i bought two less than 5 minutes ago...should be four left.

My TRU has them at 19.99!
I would have wanted Supes but not at that price.

I really only want Hawkman. But I'm not willing to put in that much effort to get one, especially if its only a "1 per" figure.
Sorry Mattel, it looks like you might be losing my money if this is how the new line is going to be run.

I, too, only want Hawkman. Too bad he's one per case - seems to be how Mattel does things these days.
But at least they are showing up in stores! Didn't see any at TRU today, but didn't even know they were out until now, so at least I wasn't disappointed in not finding them.

I'd care more if they had figures/characters we've never seen before. I didn't like Frankenstein, Agent of SHADE (read the first tpb), but I'd get a figure of him in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately Stark, I don't think they can afford to take chances with retailers anymore I'm screwed. Like everyone else, I know I definitely want Hawkman. Captain Collector put up some pics on his Facebook page and that sold me on the figure. My wife thinks Superman looks weird when I showed her last night. Unfortunately with this being 1 per case it is going to be a needle in a haystack here locally. My responsibilities have shifted and I can no longer get up first thing to be at a TRU when it opens.

I picked up Hawkman on Sunday after seeing 1 Hawkman, 1 Flash, and 1 Supes on the pegs Friday. I was going to wait but decided to go back and get Flash and Hawkman but when I got there only Hawkman was left. I know he is only 1 per but I wonder if the moms and kids really have an interest in him?

No, I think this is the collectors/scalpers line for the most part. I'm just hoping the orders are increased on these and this is just the initial trinkle of new figures.

I'm surprised so many of you have shown so much interest in Hawkman. I just... well... mmmm... it's just that his MOTUC/DC two-pack has been sitting on the shelves for the better part of a year. Maybe two. And I've seen TRU throw every imaginable sale, coupon and groupon thingie at those two-packs. But the figures won't move. LITERALLY! At one point (during the last Batman/DC Christmas BOGO50% thing), I heard a manager tell a customer that he could keep his Aquaman 2-pack at 50% off; even after returning the regular priced portion of the combo sale.
Anyways, that left me to wonder if Aquaman & Hawkman were the best characters for Mattel to rally a DC Unlimited/DCUC comeback with.

The problem with "that" Hawkman is that he's the same version as was available in wave 6 (was it?...) and then as an "All-Star" after that, he was over-abundant thoughout a good part of the line and if you don't want a variant Stratos there's no point in getting him (and that's not counting the wave 19 JSA Hawkman which isn't that different, either). The new one, on the other hand, looks considerably different and is one of the few new52 designs that people don't seem to have any or much of a problem with.

Yeah it's definitely all about the new design. The other problem with that Hawkman/Stratos pack was that in addition to Hawkman being a straight up reissue Stratos wasn't really that different from his original release either.
