I agree it's a no brainer to make the Batmobile in this case. The car was just as much a character in the show as the others.

Me too, these figures deserve all new body bucks as nobody on that series had a DCUC type of body. We had a teaser pic here at AFI from Comicon, Adam West Batman looked like an all new sculpt.

In a perfect world we'd also have a Batcave playset. I always wanted that Bat-Nuclear Reactor. And the TV Bat-Computer was great.

Take it with a grain of salt, gentlemen. It didn't say the Batmobile was going to be in SCALE with the figures.
Although, I certainly hope it is.

Although, I certainly hope it is. Oh, I hear you!! A six inch scaled two-seater sounds too good to be true. (Which is why I'm keeping my feelings in check instead of doing the Rick Champagne victory lap!)But talk about misleading... I mean... if the release says: "BATMAN™ Classic TV Series 6” Figure Assortment, BATMAN™ Classic TV Series TV Moments 2 Pack, as well as a BATMAN™ Classic TV Series Batmobile." All in the same breath... Well, you have to assume they are talking about a specific line and all 3 items are interrelated. Anyways, all I'll say is... I wouldn't want to be Mattel, if all they are doing is Punk'n & misleading people on purpose. Crazy fans can hold some vicious grudges!

REALLY looking forward to this line. Something I actually want to buy from mattel and will buy nearly everything how ever they put it out. To Bunger43 - I REALLY WANT a King Tut to and feel your excitement. Super want an EGGhead too.
There are some on another board suggesting that the "BATMAN™ Classic TV Series TV Moments 2 Pack, as well as a BATMAN™ Classic TV Series Batmobile" COULD be a 3-4in line. That would be super awesome. But I wouldn't take bets on it... One one hand - every RETAIL Movie Masters line they have come out with did have an accompanying 3.75in line. And mattel does like releasing different scales for each of their lines. But on the other hand - This Movie Master line is not really for any kind of upcoming or ongoing media tie. Yes, its based on the 60's show but its not like thats being released on dvd or having any kind of hype or special airings. It just seems like it would be smarter to aim this line almost solely at collectors for that seems to be the only audience that would have any interest in them. Honestly surprised these aren't mattycollector exclusives.
Really hoping for a 4in line but we are talking about mattel here... If not, THERE BETTER BE A BATMOBILE FOR THE 6IN FIGURES!!!! DrGreenEvil

I've been speculating that there will be Batman 1966 action figures in both 6 inch and 3 and 3/4 inch scales. That seems to be the way Mattel makes their action figure lines these days. The Green Lantern and Batman Begins/Dark Knight movie lines had both 6" and 3 /34" figures, the upcoming Man of Steel has both, and the non-movie Power Attack Batman line has both scales as well. And it would cost less to produce a Batmobile or an action figure two-pack in the 3 3/4" scale. An accurately proportioned Batmobile in the 6" scale would have to be pretty big, and therefore pretty expensive.
The actual press release quote, "a BATMAN™ Classic TV Series 6” Figure Assortment, BATMAN™ Classic TV Series TV Moments 2 Pack, as well as a BATMAN™ Classic TV Series Batmobile," is pretty vague. I mean, I'm assuming the "TV Moments 2 Pack" is a pack of two action figures, but it could be anything, really. Heck, it could be two toy televisions, with scenes from the show printed on the screen, for all we know! Strangely, now that I type that, I think that is a toy I would actually want to buy. Is that weird?
Well, ToyFair is a little more than a week away, so I guess we'll find out for sure, soon.

BATMAN™ Classic TV Series 6” Figure Assortment is Movies Masters scale BATMAN™ Classic TV Series TV Moments 2 Pack could mean 3 3/4 scale BATMAN™ Classic TV Series Batmobile is probably 3 3/4 scale too, although they would be stupid not to do one in 6" scale as well. This is what they did with The Dark Knight Rises, so I bet they do the same with this new line too.
