You shoot it once or twice and then move on with your life. Worse articulation, weaker paint jobs, just so we can get oversized guns that shoot? They suck in the Avengers line, too. Pretty accurate from my perspective too, most times I see kids shoot them off and after a bit just don't care anymore. Quote: And what's the deal with blue guns? And bright orange missiles? Yeah I forgot to mention that was another factor keeping me away from Retalation although admittedly I have been at this so long I got a huge stash of alternate weapons I can use.

I got a case from BBTS and wow, that movie Duke with that big ole head is pretty funny. The red ninja, snake eyes and stormshadow with the added ankle rockers is pretty cool. Roadblock is a nice size and so is Zartan but the others, yeah.

I finally saw Cobra Commander yesterday. I kind of like the mask/headsculpt but the rest was rather 'meh" That limited articulation killed it more than I thought it might. I ended up putting him back on the peg. I am much happier with the Dollar General CC.

Ignoring the validity of market research to which collectors have no access vs. that of anecdotal experience, the spring-loaded launchers are a blast. My buddy and I love setting up JOEs on my dining room table and seeing who can take out more with a plastic rocket. Hey, it's a pretty long drive to my favorite firing range, and shooting one of these things straight is actually more of a challenge.

Shouldn't the new waves of GIJOE movie toys be hitting soon? The movie's in March, right?

Target tonight had restocked shelves of Wave 1 again--- 3 Packs, Basic Figures, Vehicles, and those stupid motorcycles.

Some people have found Wave 2 of the 3-packs at Target, and Wave 2 and 3 at Target and K-Mart.
So they're coming! I, too, only found leftover Wave 1 figures - Roadblock, Snake Eyes, and Stormy. Those guys have been chilling out for many months.

Found a complete new wave of figures at Kmart today. I picked up the Cyber Viper and Lady Jaye. Thought about the dark ninja fan, but ultimately passed. I have enough Ally Vipers and prefer the classic Firefly, so no other Cobras interested me. And I have too many SE's and SS's so those were out. Thought about Coulson, but the 60's Joes were before my time, so I passed.

Other than Flint and the Alley Viper, I picked up the new wave at a Walmart yesterday. Got a second Dark Ninja, Joe Colton, and Firefly at another Walmart later in the day. None of the Target stores I checked had newer figures, but I did find a Ninja Combat Cruiser at one.

Have the Bruce Willis figures hit the shelves? That's the only guy I want, since it basically looks like a Die Hard figure.

Yes. That's the Joe Colton figure.
I saw one at Kmart a couple days ago.
