That's pretty much the determining factor for me: If I like the property the figures are based on. (So yes, I bought B:TAS, S:TAS, JL, JLU, Spectacular Spider-Man, Young Justice, etc.) (No, I don't consider liking the Timmverse to mean I can't like B:B&B -- different interpretations, which I enjoyed in different ways.) To me, this is a continuation of the B:B&B line, and as such, I'll buy it. Even the hex/no hex thing doesn't trouble me that much. Grodd didn't have hex holes, for example. Well stated. That's how I feel about this line. And even though this line is called Justice League, I still consider it as a continuation of the BATB line also. Now if they would release the Gentleman Ghost and Faceless Hunter figures in this line somehow, that would put an even bigger smile on my face . Shazam would be great also, but it would probably be a New 52 design, don't really like that look, but in figure form, it might look alright .

The Unofficial JLU checklist puts the JLU figure count at 234. Two-hundred thirty five if you consider Wonder Pig as a different character. So it's still a pretty impressive run and probably as close to a "complete" DC Universe as most of us will ever get. http://dchallofjustice.com/CJgallery/al ... I mean... honestly, has anyone heard from Joel lately??!?!?!? Me thinks he slipped on the tub and his dog ate him!!! It's happened before! True story, swear to Zod!!!

I've said it before, if this line continues the best bet is Shazam, because they already have the tooling. Plus they can easily adapt the new 52 design without the hood. Plus if I was a betting man I'd say if we get another female it will be Catwoman. I was also looking at the other figures they could repaint a get away with is Atom he could easily be done over as the "Baz" the gun wielding Green lantern. I'd also kill for a Hawkman vs Gentleman Ghost pack.

Amazing how much variation there is on this! ] The two sets at the Target I was at today -- was one of each (I grabbed the one that does not look like yours)-- so it is definitely a legitimate production "variant"-in the same case- though Im sure not intentional..

I love the idea that this "kids" line features a female unlike most lines that don't. Cant tell from the shadow, but does Aquaman not have any eyes?

@stewbacca - very interesting! Based on how I'm tracking the distribution of the set between collectors and seeing what shows up on eBay, etc, so far KY is the farthest East that the variant face for Wonder Woman has been spotted. Prior to your report, it seemed it was only showing up in TX and farther Westward. Very intriguing indeed. We're going to include a question about this in our Ask Matty this month, and see if we get any official confirmation back.

Just to keep the tracking consistent, I found four of the box sets, eight of the singles, and six of the motorcycle sets last night at a Target. I bought the Batman motorcycle, because Brave and Bold never got one out and my Batman needs a Batcycle, although one with a sidecar (and Robin) would be better.

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this but have any of you seen the tags on the pegs where it says 5-Pack Justice League 15.99? Not sure what this can be and for that cheap. Maybe action League figures?
I found these right above the Justice League motorcycles with Batman and Superman.

I think the $15.99 price tags are for the motorcycle sets...
