I've had both, and to me there is very little difference. At least in my opinion. Both are superb casters & customizers, and great to do business with as well.

I'm thinking of doing one of these for my collection. If I ordered a painted Hal head from glassman, do they look pretty authentic? It always bugged me that they released the Hal Holiday figure like they did.....just seemed crappy to the collectors. I actually stopped collecting JLU some time ago, but now I'm deciding to get back into it and track down my missing pieces! On another note... anyone know where to get a spare Volcana?

rickwj324 wrote: Just ordered a painted head from Glassman!! Can't wait!! -Rick Hi I'm new to the boards. Agree on crappy job of releasing Holiday Hal. I have actually have 3 hal heads (2 Glassman). You will not be disappointed. It is amazing. I have looked at every angle and it looks completely ORIGINAL. Enjoy it. BTW... Same boat. I collected down to the wire, but never did a head count, because I thought I nailed it all... Missed the Volcana (kept thinking, "Ya I'll pick her up" and somehow forgot) Any other leads would help. Thanks

Thanks Well, I've ALMOST caught up on every figure that I was missing (which was a LOT!) in the last week or two. I got most of the stuff I missed by buying an entire collection from a person online (including Volcana). His collection has lots of doubles of stuff that I already had, so once I'm done cataloguing everything I will have lots of extras available for trade or sell. I'll be posting a list of my extras on AFI eventually. Also... Check out An-Gel's trade list here on AFI. She has lots available and has helped me with some of my missing pieces. And of course Ebay... picked up a few off of ebay recently. @kingdom2000toys - Good luck with the hunt!

Pretty cool that he is still the gold standard for making the Jordan heads. Thanks. I'll keep my eyes pealed for the VOLCANA.

So... I have Glassman's and am totally happy with it, but I'm hoping to get one of Spy's heads (to fit SDCC body) to compare the two. If anyone out there has a spare (pre-painted) head of Spy's, please PM me. Thanks, Rick
