Finally picked up a ToyBiz Super-Poseable "McFarlane" Spiderman, but the shin swivel is stuck. There is some small movement but it feels like I am just stressing the peg. Not sure what is going on inside but is would be nice if it could move like the other. I believe there is a locking peg that is stuck inside the housing. Anyone out there have some tips and tricks to fix up Spidey? Thanks everyone.

Might want to boil it.

Maybe not boil but put it in some hot water long enough for it to heat up and soften the plastic like if you were trying to do a head swap so that maybe it will loosen up the joint.

Actually for stuck joints you want to freeze the figure. Making it warm (like with hot water) will make the plastic softer so you are more likely for the peg to tear (off). If you freeze it it makes the plastic harder. Just be gentle when trying to loosen it.

Good point. I was thinking more along the lines of glue and maybe loosening it with heat or melting it away but the cold probably makes more sense. If the cold doesn't work try heat and hopefully you can get this resolved without any breakage.
