Half way through and no mention of it yet? What could be it?

Looks like a more kid friendly DCUC. Probably not a bad move on Mattel's part. Not something I would be particularly interested in, however. Is this the first time a brand new Batman show isn't getting toy support?

I'm looking at them and they don't look too bad. So, DC figures in the style and articulation of their Wrestling figures?
You gotta appreciate that suggested price though. $9.99. That's like some good-ol fashioned 2004 prices. There seems to be a whole new mission on pricing for action figures. Offering lower prices but with less bells and whistles and articulation. More back-to-basics.
I won't be collecting these but I might pick up some for customizing. That price is inviting.

I wish I could see a comparison of these figures along with the current 6" Batman evergreen figures. They seem kind of close in style.

Moving right along, not much for me here. The fact that there needs to be a fan vote to get an inverse-colored Flash repaint doesn't fill me with much confidence that they'll be getting to any character I need.
Though I do like that prototype of the Black Manta with the removable helmet.

So with the cancellation of the retail Batman Unlimited/DC Unlimited lines, this will be our only 6" DC retail line from now on? A bunch of rehashed main characters aimed at kids instead of collectors?
No thanks. I already have every figure listed in that line-up above. A lot of other people do too. Which means these will pegwarm and result in a quick cancellation of this line too.

When reading about these from the panel I was thinking they were just old DCUC molds that were made to be more for the kids with more accessories. They had already made all they were gonna really make with the current molds so thats why they could offer them cheaper. I was actually getting a little excited. But no. These look like DC counterparts to the Batman evergreen line. Not cheaper versions of DCUC. And they do have a Total Justice feel about them. Easy pass.
