Didn't see a thread for this offhand, and I apologize if there is one, but I've become something of a collector of Mattel's basic line of WWE Superstars figures. I'm a little surprised it took me as long as it did, since I've been a fan of the WWE for a long time.

That said, I'm wondering if Mattel has any plans to introduce some of the more recent additions to the WWE to their Superstars line. Off the top of my head, I can think of several individuals I'd like to see:

Fandango
Big E Langston
Rob Van Dam (!!!!)

And I've heard that The Shield is in the works.

Anybody heard anything?

Fandango is in Basic Series 36 & Elite 27
Big E is in Basic Series 36 & Elite 26
RVD is in Elite 26

Shield basics should be hitting the shelves any day now, with Ambrose as a single, Rollins & Reigns in a 2pack & all 3 in a Kmart exclusive 3 pack. Their Elites will be out in a few months.

Cool, thanks for the info!

Hoping RVD makes it into the Basic line. I like the Elites, but the basics are certainly more economical.

Im sure he will have a basic, they usually come out much faster then Elites.

Not sure what the rules are about plugging other sites, but wrestlingfigs.com is the best place for WWE fig info.
