....and on another note.
I just read Erik Larsen's column over at CBR. Image is putting out trades of some Kirby stuff...Silver Star and Captain Victory.
I don't know about Silver Star (never saw or read that), but I'd dig a Captain Victory figure in LCBH!!
Anyone else?
Jeff

It seems like this place is really friendly and has all the latest news and tidbits. What better way to spend your time than to chat with people that also collect action figures? I think I'm going to love it here!)

My passions would be THUNDER Agents, Mighty Crusaders, Jaguar, Nemesis, Bee Man, Spy Man, and Nukla (you can tell what generation I'm from!) plus Supreme (though I gather Liefield rights aresomehow tied up?).
But wouldn't it be great if DCD would stop sitting on great characters they never intend to make and let Jesse and Company do them? Ditko Captain Atom, Peacemaker, Judo Master, The Ray, Bullet Man, Spy Smasher, Infinity, Inc., All-Star Squadron, Doom Patrol, Metal Men, etc., etc.? It seems like Marvel Toys is trying for a different niche that DCD doesn't care about anyway.

Who can we pummel mercilessly for the lack of Metal Men figures?
Peace,
Chip

Peace,
Chip I read somewhere that Gary Larson is adamantly against a Far Side toy line. I suppose he has enough money that it doesn't matter. In the same situation is Calvin & Hobbes. Having been a "Calvin" myself, I would love to have some figures, but his creator is against the idea. Thinks it will demean the characters....

1. Golgoth (from Empire by Waid & Kitson)
2. Cassie Hack and Vlad from Hack/Slash
3. Vanguard (from Savage Dragon)
4. Magdalena (Top Cow)
5. Badger
6. Zen - Intergalactic Ninja
Make either Vlad or Golgoth the BAF, that's my dream wave!

I forgot all about those! But, I'm pretty sure that Shred would carry over with today's skate crowd...kinda Gleaming the Cube meets Punisher
