and do Ya'll wanna get together??? I know I'm going to the Viper Room on Saturday 'cuz my friends band is playing...
I'm only going from Saturday to Monday (Fly out early Monday) but I figured we could all at least meet.

I will be going for my 31st consecutive year. I've done a few of these get togethers. THey're always a lot of fun. In the past someone has posted something to print and add to the badge.

I plan to be there for the whole con, including preview night. As I mentioned before, I'd also be happy to help out with that "Special" project that has been planned.

Last year was a blast. My thanks to all who made my trip so memorable, inlcuding Julius. Not much of a chance of the family taking a second vaction to San Diego so soon. Hey, I should write a blog of our vacation in case anyone else wants hints of what to do out in SD outside of the CC.

First timer here. BTW: I understand that San Diego is impossible to get around without a car. I'm going to be staying at the airport; should I rent a car? Will I be able to get downtown without one?

I stayed in La Mesa two years ago and used the Trolleys to get around...was cheap and I really got to see all of the city! It was also cheap.

Ironic story...

checked the San Diego Padres site to see if they were playing that weekend (I LOVE BASEBALL and I'm a season ticket holder here in Houston thanks to my Father-in-law!!!)

They are playing...they are even playing the Astro's (My team) :shock:

...but they are playing here in Houston!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cry:
