Welcome to the boards Afterclark!
Just so you guys know I have suggested this to Mattel. Both as a BAF concept or as important set pieces (like the bat computer, JLA table, trophy cases...)
I'd love to see it happen.

Good Suggestion Julius! I think it's more a matter of cost than concept though. Hopefully we'll see something cool.....
I, for one, and thrilled just to get the proper DCSuperheroes line with more characters now, but it would be wild to get a Dail Planet Base/Playset, Batcave etc..

I posted my vote for Batcave. With the Batman movie next year, that would seem to make the most sense since it could be cross-promoted. The next year could be Fortress of Solitude (if the movie gets started) then the year after that could go in a different direction...

I love the idea of an ANNUAL build-a-diorama. A proper diorama would have to feature in successive waves-- maybe kind of a room-by room thing? Wave X Batcave Trophy Room, Wave Y, Batcave Crime Lab, Wave Z, Batcave Training/Weapons Room, etc. Batcave first, Fortress, JLU HQ... because since I have to pay $15-$20 each via eBay for all but the most common figures in a wave anyway, I might as well get added value. Although a Batcave is the one playset that Mattel could probably make a good profit on as a stand-alone piece. And if there was a DCSH one and a JLU/Animated one, I"D BUY THEM BOTH.

I think we've had enough Batcaves over the years. I'd like a new(and correctly painted) Hall of Justice for my figures.

A BAP wouldn't make me buy all the figures just to complete whatever it was but I wouldn't care if it were included.

If Mattel wants more of my money, they would make all of those on the list! I'd also like to see a BAF of: The Invisible Plane Giant Green Lantern Battery Cadmus base with torture room

With five figures per wave and BAF's only being 25% bigger, I can't see this idea being executed very well.
I'm still hoping we could just get a set in itself and p'raps having the figures themselves come with accessories for it might work.
