Variant Robin in blue & black costume. My TRU.com order with the Mattel DC Super Friends Aquaman and DCSH Bat-Signal Batman/Robin and Bat-Signal Batman/Nightwing TRU Exclusive 2-Packs. And the Nightwing was indeed the variant blue & black costumed Robin and "NOT" Nightwing.

The way I heard it, the Nightwing version is coming out later. You place all 3 side by side and the blue Robin is supposed to represent the transition between the other two.

Yeah, that's not Dick Grayson so it really wouldn't be a transition.

Mattel said at their panel that the Nightwing set was coming later. The blue Robin version is simply a variant in Nightwing colors.

In case anyone still hadn't seen it...here's the variant Robin - Even though I'm a traditional costumed person I actually like the colors of this Robin...Although I do think it would have looked cooler if the cape lining was blue instead of yellow.

Thanks. Always wanted a Bat-Signal Batman, but not too crazy about cloth capes.
