Post subject: ...Anybody want a "General" figure? Posted: Tue Aug 21, 2007 1:00 pm |

...Specifically, General Elling after his "monstrous" transformation! I think it'd be a nice, larger-scale figure, at least as big as the Doomsday... Plus, far more desirable than "Lava Reflection"(heated-up) Doomsday, which we've essentially gotten twice now, once each across two seperate lines!! Anyone else want 'em?

Yes. It seem like you could retool Doomsday into The General without too much stress, right?

The cancelled Fantastic Four Animated Hulk figure would've made a perfect custom base for this figure.

The General wouldn't be my first choice for a larger figure but he wouldn't be a bad choice, either.
As for Kalibak, he should be sized between Darkseid and Etrigan. There's no reason he couldn't be released in the regular three packs beyond tooling expense. Actually, if Darkseid's arms would fit the Etrigan body all we'd really have to have is a new head and maybe new legs...

I'd like the General before and after the super-serum. I'd buy at least two of each version.

I agree, Kalibak should be able to fit into a 3-pack if RR and Darkseid can. General, Mongul or STRIPE... those're my choices for the next 'big' figure/ 6 pack. But then here's a question... would Mattel go with the JLU style, or the earlier Shaggy Man now that they have the mega-license.

I would hope the JLU style!

I would want a pre mutation version of General Eiling but not the mutated version. Patriot Act was one of my least favorite JLU episodes and I don't want anything to remind me of it

The only General I want, is one with a name that begins with a "Z" and ends with an "od".

I would agree that a General Elling would be cool but I think that a Kalibak would be in proper order to make first.

I'd love a General figure. In fact, I'd love a pack of all the 7 Soldiers. That was a great episode.

I posted these pics last year... It is really not far from happening... The Doomsday figure seem would only need a few tweaking.
