These were just put out in the last few days at my local Big Lots. They have 2-packs of the following: Batman/Catwoman Batman/Joker Batman/Two Face Batman/Robin Batman/Nightwing The only one shown on the card that wasn't available was Batman/Batgirl. Lots of Joker packs and only a few each of the others. They look like this:

Sounds like Big Lots got another run of these, as they've had them in past years.
But that reminds me, I saw another round of single-carded TNBA Batman figures at Albertson's (grocery store) recently. They were simple reissues of the two-pack versions, and I could see no new paint decoes. I saw the following:
Two-Face (from Tech Suit Batman 2-pack) Catwoman (black outfit from 2-pack) Battle Scars Batman (from Catwoman 2-pack)
Their card backs also listed Joker, Batirl, Nightwing, Robin and Penguin, so it's possible they are also the 2-pack versions issued individually.

Well, it's good that Nightwing got re-issued this time. Seems like strange timing, though... I would've thought that those molds would be getting re-used in the re-branded JLU line next year...

Dingleberry wrote: Are these in scale with JLU? They're about a 1/4 of an inch larger, but not that big of a difference. The new JLU Joker is the same body from this line with a new head. If you look in the back left of this pic you can see the villains from the Batman 2 packs (I know the pic ain't that great, but you can at least get a sense of size), Batgirl, Nightwing and Robin are in the middle on the right, but they're hard to see behind everyone else...

These are in scale, Penguin is perfect, but the rest of them could use a little tweaking IMO.
Two Face is a tad tall(but then so is Green Arrow)and would look great in the black/white outfit like the Hasbro figure had.
Robin could use a plastic cape.
Nightwing is a little more dynamically posed then most JLU figures. If Mattel were going to redo him for DCAU I'd prefer a new non mullet head(I don't care that he had one on the cartoon)
Catwoman is in night colors(like Martian Manhunter and Lightray) a repaint of her face in white for DCAU would be better.
Joker is okay but the new JLU one looks much better.
Batgirl never came out as far as I understand even though she is shown on the back, she is yet to be released by Mattel in an on model outfit, but the sculpt is great. Good candidate for DCAU.

Good candidate for DCAU. While the Batgirl 2 pack was never released, there are stories that production samples did make it out but they lack the bat on her chest. The figure (in show accurate colors) was released with the X-Box version of The Rise of Sin-Tzu game when it first came out. It also go released in 2 different TRU 4 packs -- one in silver and black and one in dark blue and black. The silver version was released as a single through Big Lots and Family Dollar two years ago (one the right in the photo below)... ...I still find those from time-to-time when checking to see if the stores have anything unusual.

My pic link in the first post keeps disappearing for some reason so I'll try it again:

How much do the two-packs cost?
