After about a week and a half checking the same Targets and ToysRUs's I finally found him. He was in the very back. The paint job is decent no glaring screwups.
I can't wait to get home to open him up..

I found one today- yay! His paint job isn't the greatest, but I have one- yay!
Now all I need is Volcana to be completely caught up....until the next wave hits. :/

I found Blue Devil a while back, but I got Dove in the mail today (already had Hawk; thank you Ebay). I know have everyone except Hawkman and Joker which were not at the Big Lots here in Chicago.
