Well now I havent figured out whats worse--
Yesterday I got lucky and from some digging in the overhead bins found the Deadshot and Obsidian packs at TRU. It looks like they just stocked the pegs recently (they were full) - and these two had conveniently went into the overstock section-- guess they felt they didn have enough Trinity packs on the pegs. Dug all over the toy section looking for the Sand pack but no luck.
But heres where internally I have a problem--- Not complaining to those that havent found these yet, and Im not looking good luck in the mouth, but heres the question as to which scenario is worse.

Returning to the store and seeing the same exact stuff on the pegs, hoping a new case will arrive soon, but worrying about the health of the line because of pegwarmers
