That's probably just a hand painted, urathane hard-copy made from a silicon mold in the display case and not from an actual production-type mold. It's tough to tell from that photo, but the paint looks too "perfect" for it to be a production piece. It would be highly unusual for a company to get to the point where production molds exist but they don't use them in some form, the cost is just too high to make the molds and not use it in a multi-pack or an exclusive of some sort...

Well, if they still have the sculpt it could happen. I'd really like to have one of those, too...
