I think the reason that we haven't see much new JLU is becasue Mattel, on top of dealing with the recalls and summer movie season, is also trying to push DC Superfriends and the DCSH Batman & Superman lines. I think after Grodd comes out, things will get better and continue to get better until next year. More availabitily, better distribution, I also predict that there will be some really cool news at the fall Toy Fair next month and another one of my hair-brained predictions is that we'll be seeing 2 to 3 exclusive 6 packs a year. On that note, I've decided that as much as I love the line, who knows how far it'll go. Maybe very far, maybe not so much. So here I have my JLU master list, which is as far as I'll go with the line, it includes figures I can't find and figures that haven't been made(and may never be made). Here goes:

Over the next couple of years I think Mattel should do a few things to round out the line:


A.) Re-do some of the figures that Hasbro did in a more JLU style. These would include but are not limited to: Batgirl,Nightwing,Creeper,Bane,Clayface,Poison Ivy,Killer Croc,Talia,Metallo, Comm. Gordan,Alfred, Lois Lane,Scarface, Batman Beyond,Blight & Stalker
B.) Roll out some Teen Titans figures. There are so many great characters that Bandai did not touch.
C.) Focus on some of villans that were featured in the JL/JLU show:
Dr. Polaris,Cheetah,Giganta etc.
D.) finally give us those holy four characters we have been wanting: Capt Atom,Capt. Marvel, Question and Blue Beetle
E.) Pull some charcters from the JLU comics: Phantom Stranger,Guy Gardner,Adam Strange,Dr. Occult,Azreal,Black Lightning,Mary Marvel,Specter,Jay Garrick etc.

So my list would be:

Um, yes, my answer is 'D', all of the above.

Like I say I'm fine with any of these. If they figure a way to meld the titans in go for it, especially the Doom Patrol figures.

I'd also have no problem if they re-releasd the TNBA Batgirl in correct colors.

I edited my list because I realized I had gotten greedy, it isn't that much shorter, but I feel a little better about it. There are kids in this country and all over the world who don't know what an action figure looks like. I still feel a little guilty about owning the amount of toys I already own. I've not had an easy life, but things never are. I've had a pretty good life and feel I deserve some material possessions that make me happy. Anyway, that's how I feel at this moment for some reason. I wouldn't mind some JLU style Teen Titans. They'd probably sell too.

The intention of this thread is to post how far I'm willing to go with this line, I am up to date and the figures in my list in the first post will be the only figures I'll buy and seek out, once I have those figures I'll be done with JLU.
