Hey Shish! I DID, in fact, see DJANGO since the last ep went up. Along with three other big, nomination-gathering type flicks, so there will be lots to cover in our next session. I've seen all of QT's stuff, and while I think there are merits to all of it (and I think even his weakest efforts are better than about 90% of what gets made), I do think he's gotten quite repetitive and indulgent in the last decade. But I love JACKIE BROWN, think it's a great character study with a stellar cast. I think Robert Forster's work in that is f--king sublime. Thanks for the note and thanks for listening!- JL

Maybe you guys can give the "phone-in" technology another try? It wasn't perfect but it's better than missing a week or having JL travel through LA traffic. I still believe that "we" the listeners should Paypal him gas money.

The retro scale Django figures are banned but I think the Sideshow/Hot Toys 1:6 scale are still being sold. Initially, I thought this would bring more attention to the retro scale but now I'm uncertain. Sadly, I didn't buy a set! It is the one retro line I didn't buy.

Can you guys see/review the Dark Knight Returns cartoon at some point?

I couldn't agree more about the Jazzwares Hanna Barbera figures. I bought Hong Kong Phooey for under $10.

Atari has been cursed by the Blade Runner movie.
