Looks like the Brave and the Bold version of the Gentleman Ghost is the first version we’ve gotten of him to actually have a HEAD under that top hat.
This is the first time we have seen Despero in his full plastic self in the Brave and the Bold line.
Fresh from his appearance on the show the Brave and the Bold line gives us an Atom figure so our Aquaman figure has someone to annoy.
