"Mister Clown" got a hold of one of Hasbro’s 12" Cobra Commander’s from the upcoming G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra movie.   He’s done a video review of the figure that he graciously shared with us, so you can be among the first to see what Cobra Commander will look like UNDER his mask in the movie.
